Refund & Returns Policy

1) Overview
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Returns and refunds are handled manually via email to ensure accuracy and individual support.
2) Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused or in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
- Factory seals and protective films must remain intact where applicable.
If you opened the product only to inspect or test it briefly, that’s fine — please repackage it carefully before returning.
3) Non-returnable items
- Software, digital products, and gift cards.
- Items showing signs of damage, or missing components.
4) How to request a return
- Email info@voltoria.co.uk with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our support team will reply with confirmation and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories.
- Send the parcel using your chosen courier and provide the tracking number.
- We’ll confirm receipt and process your refund or replacement.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first — this ensures your return is correctly logged and processed.
5) Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after inspection.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
6) Return shipping
- Change of mind: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return shipping costs.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7) Damaged or DOA items
- Report damaged or non-functional items within 72 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
- Eligible items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with warranty terms.
