Voltoria provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible products purchased from our store. If an item fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it in accordance with this policy.
2) What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Product failure under normal, intended use.
- Included accessories that fail due to a covered defect.
3) What’s Not Covered
- Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or crushed components.
- Liquid damage, heat damage, corrosion, or environmental exposure.
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches, fading, or worn pads/cables.
- Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Software issues, data loss, or third-party compatibility problems.
- Use outside normal consumer specifications.
4) Warranty Length
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery. Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty with different terms.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
5) How to Request Service
- Prepare your order ID and the email used at checkout.
- Describe the issue clearly and provide photos or a short video if possible.
- Contact our support team for further instructions.
Do not return items without prior approval — unarranged returns may be refused.
6) Process & Turnaround
- Assessment: Remote troubleshooting or inspection may be required.
- Resolution: Repair, replacement, or another remedy permitted by law.
- Timing: Usually 7–14 business days after receipt, subject to availability.
- Shipping: Instructions will be provided; unauthorized shipments are not accepted.
7) Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
